Before you proceed, kindly read the followings carefully

1. Before filling out registration form, prepare ORIGINAL soft copy of registered student ID ( national ID or Iqama) to upload it in the form. 
2. Please note that ONLY students who are moving to grade 4 or 5 or 6 (primary school) who intend to memorize Quraan are eligible to apply.
3. Please note that it is important that you review the information you enter and correct any errors before clicking "Submit" button.
4. By filling out this form, to best of my knowledge, all information are correct and I am responsible for any inaccuracy or incomplete information, as well as for all files uploaded and their quality
5. Remember! on the day of the assessment, please bring a copy of student's ID ( national ID or Iqama)
